The next highest hand is four of a kind, which includes four aces or threes. The fourth unmatched card does not matter.
In five-card draw, a player must first place an ante. Then, he or she can either raise the pot or bet. After that, the player may discard up to three of his or her cards and take another set of cards from the top. If all players check, the betting interval ends. And if the player has raised the previous bet, it wins. Then, he or she wins the hand. If the player is still ahead, the player can then cash in his or her chips.

In the former, players must raise an amount equal to their original bet size, while in the latter, players can raise any amount up to the pot size.
